What Does Our 2-Year No-Worry Service Guarantee Mean? It’s Simple: We’ve Got Your Back

We stand behind each of our products by offering a No-Worry Service Guarantee. As a valued customer, you can have the peace of mind in knowing that we are available long after the sale. If any window treatment that we’ve installed malfunctions in any way within the first two years of installation, just give us a call and we’ll repair it – no questions asked. We schedule our No-Worry Service Guarantee calls within 1-2 weeks after an issue is reported.


Please note that service calls required by customers within 1-2 days after an issue is reported, will incur a $55/hour Emergency Call fee.
