If any window treatment that we’ve installed malfunctions in any way within the first two years of installation, just give us a call and we’ll repair it – no questions asked. We schedule our No-Worry Service Guarantee calls within 1-2 weeks after an issue is reported.
Please note that service calls required by customers within 1-2 days after an issue is reported, will incur a $55/hour Emergency Call fee.
