Customizable

Offered in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, textures, and designs, woven wood window shades are entirely customizable. There are 85 different colors available that can be combined with a variety of bandings in a horizontal or oriental orientation, making it easy to blend them in with any home decor.

Fits Any Window or Door

Woven wood window shades come in a variety of shapes to fit angled windows, bay and corner windows, sliding glass doors, and French doors. Specialty shapes are available as well in any size. You can design your own to fit your needs and all you need are the dimensions.

Ultraviolet and Sound Protection

Woven wood window shades prevent 75% of UV rays from entering your home and damaging your furniture. Depending on the fabric and product features, they can also absorb sound, block outside noise, and maintain a quiet environment.

Light and Privacy

Superior linings provide complete light control as well as energy-saving insulation. Woven wood window shades come in sheer, semi-sheer with view through, semi-sheer with no view through, semi-opaque, and opaque, to suit whatever lighting needs you may have. They allow the sun to filter in for natural lighting in your home or they can block the sun during the summer to help keep your house cool, thus reducing energy consumption.

Love is Blinds MO: A bathroom with a bathtub and bamboo blinds on the windows.

The top-down/bottom-up design option offers complete versatility for light control. They open from the top, or the bottom, or somewhere in-between, giving you complete power on how much light you want entering your home and from where. This design option also allows for privacy by limiting someone on the outside's view of inside the home, but at the same time still allowing you to see the view outside. It's the perfect balance.

Alustra® Woven Textures® offer similar lighting and privacy control through optional linings that operate independently from the shade. Light-filtering or room-darkening opacity linings are available.

Operating Systems Available

Love is Blinds MO: A living room with a chair and a window with roman shades

There are numerous control options available when it comes to the operation of woven wood window shades. PowerRise® offers motorized control of the blinds at the touch of a button. It comes with a remote control so you can control the blinds from anywhere in the room.

The Platinum App works with any mobile device to control the window shades over a wireless network, so you can open or close your window shades even when you are not at home. LiteRise® is a cordless operating system that allows you to open and dose your blinds with your hands. The shades stay exactly where you want them to and you don't have to mess with an annoying cord. These are just a few of the options available.
